Am I able to pay via debit card?

Yes we accept most methods of payments including:-

  • debit card
  • credit card
  • bank transfer
  • pay a deposit and pay the balance cash on delivery

 

All transactions made by your credit and debit card are processed by a secure Lloyds TSB merchant account and we will provide you with a printed card receipt for your transaction.


What if there is a problem with an electrical item I have bought?

All of our electrical items and white goods come with a 3 month warranty, we are sure you won’t have any problems but if you do we will be very happy to fix/replace/refund any electrical items for you. Please keep your receipt and give us a call and we can discuss what you’d prefer to do.


Are secondhand electrical items safe to buy?

Yes all of our secondhand electrical items are safe and comply with a British European standard.

Product safety is very important to us all and all of our products conform to the ‘General product safety regulations 2005‘ along with our gas cookers complying to the ‘Gas cooking appliances (safety) regulations 1989‘.


Do you buy furniture?

We do buy furniture, please give us a call and one of our members of staff will be able to arrange a call out for someone to come and view the furniture you are selling.


I’ve bought some flat pack furniture from you but would like it building, can you do this?

We do provide a flat pack building service for things you have bought from us. If you please let us know which items you would like building we will be able to do this for you at a small additional cost.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We do offer a delivery service for anywhere in Leicestershire, we charge a single price no matter how many items you have delivered. Please let us know what you would like delivered and we will be able to give you a quote.


I would like something delivered but I’m not in Leicestershire what can I do?

No problem at all, we can call and get a quote for you from a local courier and we’re also happy for you to arrange your own courier if you prefer and we can assist them with the collection of your item/items.
